This modern and well appointed apartment comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), fully fitted kitchen and patio overlooking the pool. The spacious dining and living area has comfortable sofas, chairs and occasional furniture with TV , DVD. 

 

Walking to and from the main town, marina and beaches of Puerto Banus is an easy, flat, well lit walk which takes 20 minutes. If you drive into town there are two large underground car parks so parking there is also easy. The local bus stops nearby and the taxis are also inexpensive. Duty free shopping in Gibraltar is an hour away , the old town of Marbella is a 10 minute drive and the historic town of Rhonda is also close by as is Estepona with its safari park. It is in the ideal location to enjoy the famous Costa del sol microclimates which enjoy 20 degrees centigrade in the winter. You are close to all the amenities and restaurants and a supermarket is within walking distance.  Los Naranjos is in the centre of the golf Valley and only 1.2km to the centre of Puerto Banus.

The area is well known as an international tourist area, surrounded by golf courses, beautiful beaches, lovely mountain views, exciting nightlife and extensive bars, restaurants some around the picturesque harbour not to mention the fabulous designer shops and those with a more modest pocket!

 

Puerto Banus / Los Naranjos De Marbella area

Less than 1km away is a supermarket open seven days per week 24 hours a day for all your basic needs along with bars and restaurants. There are several larger supermarkets within a mile radius. On Saturdays there is a large local market at the bullring in Puerto Banus and you can find markets in all the surrounding towns on most days of the week.

 

How to get there

Fly to: Malaga, Gibraltar, or Jerez Airports

Flights available from BA, Iberian, Monarch, Easyjet, Flybe, Ryanair, dependent on departing airport.

Car hire: (advisable to pre book via internet for best deals) from airport, approximately 45 minutes drive.

Express bus is available to Marbella then local bus or taxi to Los Naranjos De Marbella.
